2. What this site is
This site presents the workshop and the kind of work it does: footwear and clothing made by hand from leather. It is informational. It is not an online shop: you cannot place an order, pay, or conclude a contract through it.
3. Enquiries are not orders
Product descriptions and images on this site are illustrative and do not constitute a binding offer. Sending an enquiry — by email, by phone, or through the enquiry field — does not create a contract and does not oblige either side to anything.
Any order, its specification, price, lead time and delivery terms are agreed separately and individually, in writing, before work begins.
4. Prices
No prices are published on this site. Pieces are shown as “On request” because each is made individually; a price is quoted in response to a specific enquiry.
5. Intellectual property
The name DIVIVO, the texts and the product information on this site belong to DIVIVO EOOD. The photographs on this site are used under licence from their respective rights holders and are not the property of DIVIVO EOOD.
